1. Install the game.
2. Copy ONLY the update from the crack folder on DVD 2 in the installation folder and only then try to start it, otherwise it won’t work. (Making sure that the installation path does not contain any spaces in its name helps it get done without any errors).
3. After the patch is installed, copy the .dll’s from the same crack folder to your installation folder.
4. When you start the game for the first time, DISCONNECT the internet, make an offline Social Club account from inside the game and enjoy.

For those whose patch is not working, rename it to C:\Program Files\RockstarGames\L.A.Noire MAKE SURE RockstarGames DOES NOT HAVE A SPACE
